With your membership in the BMHBA, you also become a member of the North Dakota Association of Builders (NDAB) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Both provide a wide array of resources and information to assist builders and associate members. The local, state and national organizations monitor many issues that affect our members and represent the interests of the industry – protecting your interests, so you don’t have to.
Representing the diversity of the building industry, the BMHBA consists of building specialists from every section of the construction field and associated industries. Members include builders, remodelers, developers, suppliers, manufacturers, architects, engineers, real estate brokers, mortgage companies and many other professionals interested in furthering the building industry.
Types of Membership
Builders are the heart and soul of the home builders association. Builder members are directly involved in building homes. They include small-volume builders, production builders, light commercial builders and remodelers.
Associates are home building industry’s suppliers, service providers and product manufacturers support the industry in many different capacities and are a vital component of the association.
Joining the HBA is an opportunity for Associates to network and spotlight the products and services they provide to builders and remodelers, learn more about the industry and help promote a positive economic and regulatory environment for home building and related businesses.

Affiliates are the employees of Builder and Associate members who reap the rewards of NAHB membership at a fraction of the cost. Your company must have an Associate account first to sign up as an Affiliate.
